Check out the new Saltbox Seafood Joint Cookbook by chef Ricky Moore
Moore has developed a reputation for serving seasonal, North Carolina seafood, including highlighting some lesser-known, bone-in fish. Moore said he tried to translate his seafood cooking knowledge into a useful guide for home cooks. He wanted readers to take away ”a level of confidence in cooking local seafood.”
Moore’s book, “Saltbox Seafood Joint Cookbook,” was published by UNC Press. He has a number of upcoming book events. Want to meet Moore? Here are his upcoming book events:
